Art Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with any painting you have purchased, notify us within 3 days of receipt to receive a return authorization. Product must be retuned in original packaging (or similar) and once we have received painting, the full product cost  will be refunded. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

Original Pet Portraits

Once the approval process has been completed and painting has shipped there will be no returns or refunds
